📋 Description

• Consultatively define, implement, and help support Sapio Sciences' lab informatics solutions • Interpret customer requests and translate them into functional requirements • Document business processes and workflows using swim lane diagrams • Identify customer success criteria and ensure they are tracked and measured in the solution • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Sapio Sciences product portfolio and configuration • Provide end-user training on customized solutions • Configure workflows and experiments in the Sapio Platform and create wireframe mockups when needed • Document, communicate, and explain technical material • Perform root cause analysis, uncover critical business requirements, and facilitate solution delivery • Work independently and produce quality results with minimal supervision • Liaise with product teams to capture customer-driven feature requirements • Act as a trusted technical partner and review customer deployments • Establish scalable processes and working methods with the Sapio Sciences US team • Manage business analysis-related deployment services documentation • Assist in testing sprint deliverables as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with LIMS or ELN software • Life Sciences experience working within a laboratory, preferably introducing new IT solutions • BS/BA degree or equivalent in Life Science, such as molecular biology or chemistry • Qualified in Lean Six Sigma • Working knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence • Substantial experience managing external stakeholders • Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships at all levels • Experience leading external client workshops and documenting business needs and outcomes • Proven organizational skills and ability to deliver workload within deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, data analysis, and fact-finding skills • Excellent listening and presentation skills • Right to work in either the United States or the United Kingdom
