📋 Description

• Partner with public safety agencies to understand operational needs, design solutions, and configure software • Collaborate with customers to configure systems to achieve business outcomes • Capture customer voice and desired outcomes for business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements • Discover complex business requirements and provide structure and clarity • Collaborate with Technical Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions • Assess impact and feasibility of proposed solutions, evaluate alternatives, and deliver agency outcomes • Design, administer, and document functional/user acceptance tests and training • Translate complex business requirements into technical configurations • Apply Axon best practices to software configurations • Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure continuity in environment structure • Report to the Manager, Business Analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent • 2-3+ years of relevant SaaS implementation experience • Experience working with or in Law Enforcement • Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management amongst teams • Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking and ability to make hard tradeoff assessments • Self-starter who thrives with problem-solving and embraces ambiguity • Willingness to drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments • Technical delivery experience and/or coding language knowledge • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check • Must maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Remote out of Dallas/Fort-Worth, Texas or Metro-Saint Paul, Minnesota • Willingness to travel up to 60%
