📋 Description

• Provide senior-level analytical support across the commercial lifecycle for the technology services portfolio • Gather requirements, define metrics, map processes, and translate business needs into reporting solutions • Present performance trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership • Evaluate pricing, costs, margins, contract value, licensing, and deal profitability with the deal desk • Analyze end-to-end services performance and identify handoff gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities • Build capacity models aligning skills and labor supply with backlog, demand forecasts, and resource needs • Develop reporting for NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention, customer performance, and FinOps metrics • Align services, financial, and sales data to support integrated analysis and business decisions • Forecast bookings, backlog, revenue, and margin and identify risks impacting revenue realization • Deliver analytics for complex opportunities, including security services and procurement-to-implementation engagements • Develop renewal and consumption models producing actionable business recommendations • Create executive dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and related tools • Improve data quality, validation, forecasting accuracy, and reporting integrity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery, procurement, legal, and leadership on commercial and operational initiatives • Build and maintain standardized metrics, models, and analytical frameworks • Connect prospect and opportunity insights to delivery, renewal, and leadership decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales operations, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related discipline supporting sales, finance, or commercial decisions • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Experience establishing and reporting managed services or subscription metrics, including NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention, customer-level analysis, and FinOps • Ability to analyze complex cost-to-serve, revenue, margin, and scenario models • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, VBA, or comparable automation methods • Ability to build repeatable dashboards and exception reports • Advanced proficiency with Excel and working proficiency with SQL and Power BI or Tableau • Strong experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or another enterprise CRM, including data reviews, validation rules, cleansing, and forecast-integrity practices • Ability to translate financial and sales data into concise recommendations and presentations for senior leaders • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
