📋 Description

• Conduct discovery, workflow documentation, process development, business requirements, clinic training, and follow-up for HIM-related functions and standards • Support analysis, development, and implementation of HIM-related functions and standards for clinics and outpatient departments • Serve as a subject matter expert on HIM content, processes, and procedures • Collaborate with Medical Group Clinics and outpatient clinic departments on education, implementation, and management of HIM standards • Provide training and auditing of HIM standards and related HIM functions • Provide reporting and feedback to clinics and clinic leadership regarding HIM standards • Work with clinic operations to meet HIM standards • Provide operational and implementation support for clinic acquisitions and denovos • Collect and document business requirements and business needs • Work with HIM Systems Analysts to implement identified business needs • Liaise between business departments and groups and manage stakeholder engagement • Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and operations • Monitor HIM processes and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in Health Information Management or in an Outpatient Clinic setting required • RHIT/RHIA Certification preferred • Associate degree in Health Information Technology or Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Informatics, or healthcare related field preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office required • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Availability to travel • Mandatory ability to travel for this fully remote role • Sitting for long periods of time • Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy • Ability to verbally communicate and hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately • For roles requiring driving: ability to drive a vehicle and read signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles
