📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers • Answer inbound calls and respond to EDI and provider-related inquiries • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues • Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and communications • Process provider and member updates • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and documentation standards • Meet service, quality, and productivity goals • Deliver professional and responsive customer support for Montana Medicaid operations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, helpdesk support, healthcare operations, provider services, claims processing, EDI support, or a related field • Experience supporting healthcare providers, health plan members, claims processing, Medicaid programs, or healthcare customer service preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to research and explain information clearly • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities • Strong attention to detail in a remote work environment • Candidates must reside in the United States; Montana residents strongly preferred • Must successfully complete a skills and competency assessment • Video cameras must be used during virtual interviews and the first week of training
