📋 Description

• Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity projects • Ensure alignment with release milestones, environment readiness, and architectural dependencies • Assess scope changes and impacts to system design, integrations, and downstream environments • Gain stakeholder concurrence, approval, and consensus • Identify resources and staff projects • Organize project teams around deadlines, assignments, objectives, release timelines, and technical dependencies • Serve as point of contact with client project management • Manage costs, schedules, quality, deliverables, budgets, and risks • Develop and implement risk mitigation solutions with technical architects • Manage project changes in alignment with architectural standards and approved technical designs • Evaluate solution feasibility and scalability with technical architects • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage a small team of Project Managers as their people leader

• Portfolio Management • Data Analysis & Reporting • Risk Management including architectural and release dependencies • Project Methodology Knowledge • Software Development Lifecycle including release cycles • Standardization & Compliance with configuration and change control awareness • Release Management (Preferred) • Configuration / Infrastructure Awareness (Preferred) • Stakeholder Engagement including collaboration with technical architects • Coaching & Mentoring • Conflict Resolution including alignment between architecture and delivery teams • MS Project, Jira, SharePoint and exposure to release/environment tracking tools • Leadership experience with direct reports
