📋 Description

• Lead and align the Project Management team • Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity projects • Ensure alignment with release milestones, environment readiness, and architectural dependencies • Assess project scope changes and their impacts on system design, integrations, and downstream environments • Collaborate with technical architects on scope-change recommendations and solution feasibility • Gain stakeholder concurrence, approval, and consensus on project aspects • Identify appropriate resources and staff projects • Organize project teams to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, objectives, release timelines, and technical dependencies • Serve as point of contact with client project management • Identify staffing changes or needs as projects progress • Communicate with clients, company leadership, and project team leadership • Measure and share project metrics and status; recommend program changes as needed • Manage costs, schedules, quality, project deliverables, budgets, and risks • Develop and implement risk mitigation solutions and processes with cross-functional team leads • Anticipate and manage project changes while maintaining alignment with architectural standards and approved technical designs • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls with architects • Manage a small team of Project Managers as their people leader

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle • 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred • Expertise with project management methodology such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Process & Governance Expertise supporting project methodology execution • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, including release cycles • Standardization & Compliance with configuration and change control awareness • Understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods • Experience with project management software • Ability to translate broader program objectives into clear project scope and milestones • Leadership skills for coaching, mentoring and training staff • Strong executive presentation skills • Ability to communicate project priorities and motivate stakeholders to action • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
