📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines • Use enterprise-authorized capabilities for program planning and risk synthesis, including integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates • Validate outputs and handle data according to sensitivity requirements • Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables • Assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations • Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement • Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting with human review • Develop communication strategies for critical information flow • Support delivery governance, roadmap planning, and strategic technology investments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management • Experience leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management • Ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients • Proven track record managing resources, contracts, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment • Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
