📋 Description

• Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity projects • Determine the need for and impact of project scope changes and implement recommendations • Gain stakeholder concurrence, approval, and consensus on project aspects • Identify resources and staff projects; organize project teams around communication, deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Serve as the point of contact with client project management • Manage costs, schedules, quality, project deliverables, risks, and mitigation solutions • Anticipate and manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules • Obtain and provide project metrics; manage client, company, and project team expectations • Develop and deliver presentations supporting expanded business opportunities • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage client expectations and balance company and client needs • Oversee assigned project personnel, assign work, provide direction, address performance issues, and provide performance input

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred • Twelve or more years of project planning/management experience • Experience with project management methodology such as Catalyst, including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with administrative processes • Experience with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors • Experience with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to the area • Experience with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases • Strong organizational skills • Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients • Strong communication skills • Skilled in estimating and common project management
