📋 Description

• Document existing CX processes using flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions • Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Write and maintain SOPs and DLPs for CX functional areas • Review and update documentation to reflect process changes and requirements • Implement version-control procedures • Conduct periodic reviews and validations of process documentation • Gather stakeholder feedback and refine documentation • Develop documentation standards, templates, tools, and resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts • Track and report documentation project progress • Manage work planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and issue escalation • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to teams, stakeholders, and management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Communication, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in technical/process writing, SOP/DLP development, and/or operational documentation • Knowledge management skills • Confidence leading Teams meetings and gathering process information • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Working knowledge of process mapping techniques • Ability to use Visio or similar applications • Analytical mindset for breaking down and recording processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Industry knowledge of Medicaid operations is preferred • Experience translating complex workflows into standardized documentation is preferred • Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Green Belt Certification is a plus • Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and project management tools is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications
