📋 Description

• Document existing CX processes using detailed flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions • Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Write and maintain standardized SOPs and DLPs for CX functional areas • Review and update SOPs and DLPs to reflect process changes and new requirements • Implement version control procedures • Conduct periodic reviews and validations of process documentation • Gather stakeholder and operational-team feedback to refine documentation • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices • Create and maintain documentation templates, tools, and resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and clarify process details • Track and report documentation project progress, deadlines, risks, milestones, and deliverables • Manage documentation-related project activities, coordinate stakeholders, and escalate issues • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to teams, stakeholders, and management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Communication, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in technical/process writing, SOP/DLP development, and/or operational documentation • Knowledge management skills • Confidence in leading Teams meetings and gaining necessary process information • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Working knowledge of process mapping techniques • Ability to use Visio or similar applications for process maps • Analytical mindset to break down and record processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Medicaid operations industry knowledge is preferred • Experience translating complex workflows into SOPs, DLPs, and process maps is preferred • Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred • Project management experience with multiple workstreams and project management tools is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred • Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications is preferred • Must reside in the US
