📋 Description

• Develop and manage project work statements, scope, priorities, budgets, schedules, and program documentation • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact and manage stakeholder communications • Ensure clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and expectations • Monitor project performance, risks, issues, timelines, quality, and resources • Implement mitigation strategies, manage changes, and ensure successful program delivery • Lead and coordinate project teams by assigning work and providing direction • Manage resource allocation and support performance management activities • Optimize program effectiveness across global teams • Support business growth and strategic decision making through proposal development and executive-level project discussions • Analyze client feedback, manage budgets, and continuously improve program outcomes • Oversee application development initiatives across product, engineering, and business stakeholders • Drive the end-to-end program lifecycle, including road mapping, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement • Promote Agile and DevOps practices to enable frequent, high-quality releases • Foster collaboration, remove impediments, and ensure efficient delivery of user-focused solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of Project Management experience • Experience with Budget Development, Project Planning, Project Controls, and Earned Value Management • Experience using project management methodologies such as Catalyst • Proficiency in Project Management Software • Proficiency in Productivity Tools and Methodology Tools • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Concepts • Knowledge of Administrative Processes that improve project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with techniques and approaches supporting development, integration, and deployment of project phases from initiation through delivery • PMP Certification preferred • Healthcare Insurance, especially Medicaid, experience preferred • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
