📋 Description

• Translate Enterprise XD strategy into reality, taking concepts from initial vision to final pixels • Establish and optimize best practices, processes, partnerships, and ways of working for Enterprise XD • Optimize Enterprise XD operations and workflows so the creative team can focus on product innovation • Own and drive Enterprise XD initiatives and programs • Create strategic artifacts that clarify business outcomes at the program level in partnership with cross-functional partners • Partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps • Develop and deploy solutions through completion to achieve business outcomes • Drive complex creative pipelines end to end, including prioritization, planning, resource management, and program tracking • Establish engagement models and cross-functional collaboration channels with design partners and stakeholders • Support and inform team health and resourcing alongside design leadership • Collaborate with design leaders, designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers • Advocate for design by ensuring the team has time and space for rigorous design practices in product development

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology and creative environment • Demonstrated delivery of large-scale design programs and projects, preferably with product and engineering collaboration • Domain experience partnering with advertising or ad tech product teams • Passion for user experience and design with understanding of the product development process • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and proactively partner cross-functionally on large-scale initiatives • Experience navigating complex problem spaces and aligning solutions with broader business priorities • Experience managing up and across large design teams of 30+ members • Experience working directly with or influencing Design Directors and Design VPs • Strong relationship- and trust-building abilities • Deep collaboration, curiosity, optimism, and positivity • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Ability to collaborate and execute with diverse partners • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in continuous delivery environments • Willingness to fail fast and learn • Earnest, mature, and ego-free approach; openness to candid feedback
