📋 Description
• Responsible for overall service delivery and satisfaction of assigned clients • Achieving revenue and margin goals • Ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables • Identifying and assisting with development and execution of sales strategies • Facilitating growth of professional staff • Building and enhancing client relationships • Supporting and/or leading corporate initiatives • Driving overall HMS agenda within assigned commercial clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of sales and account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment • Medicaid and Medicare experience desired • Financial background preferred • 5+ years’ experience directly managing staff • 5+ years’ project management experience • Strong analytical and healthcare technology background preferred
