📋 Description

• Drive pharmacy business strategy and business development across the Rx COE and key pharmacy stakeholders • Oversee pharmacy program development, management, and delivery from inception through execution and evolution • Strategize, implement, and maintain pharmacy program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives • Collect, organize, and interpret market and client needs to develop and evolve programs and services • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement • Maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance • Coordinate related programs and projects so they support each other and meet business goals • Ensure the entire program is completed and aligned with organizational goals • Collaborate with market, sales, operations, product teams, departments, and stakeholders • Drive development and execution of GainwellRx pharmacy programs and services enabled by technology products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field • Advanced degree preferred • Proven experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or related field • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Previous product or program management experience • Previous Medicaid experience preferred • Strategic planning and implementation skills • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills • Regulatory compliance knowledge • Performance monitoring and improvement skills • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage programs and develop new business • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills for interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought leaders, and globally recognized subject matter experts • Must be able to work remotely within the United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
