📋 Description
• Define portfolio-level product direction for Medicaid claims-related domains • Shape enterprise product strategy for core adjudication modernization • Lead cross-division alignment around product portfolio decisions • Assess the current product portfolio and identify transformation opportunities • Use portfolio frameworks, organizational assessments, product economics, data, and market insight to evaluate opportunities • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, operations, delivery, client-facing, growth, and executive stakeholders to align strategy with scalable execution • Set product standards and operating rhythms • Influence enterprise transformation choices involving legacy capabilities and platform modernization • Build clear narratives for executives and senior stakeholders • Provide thought leadership and coaching to product leaders and partners
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis • Healthcare industry experience required, including Medicaid or Medicare programs • Strong understanding of payer operations, claims processing, regulatory requirements, and healthcare technology solutions • Deep expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and Integrating Software and Technology Solutions • Strong understanding of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and Related Enterprise Technologies • Experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions • Demonstrated strengths in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritizing Initiatives in Complex Environments • Experience with AI product use cases, solution design, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies is preferred.
