📋 Description

• Define the product vision • Manage and organize the product backlog • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams • Define user stories and set priorities • Ensure delivered features align with business strategy • Manage and oversee functional areas and direct reports • Manage product service delivery to meet client and company expectations • Create, recommend, and implement product improvements • Participate in developing new business and task order proposals • Monitor business activities and maintain professional excellence • Oversee operating and personnel budgets • Monitor spending and perform or oversee budget analysis • Coordinate with managers and subject matter experts to leverage resources and resolve significant problems • Develop and maintain communications with customers, management, and staff • Select, hire, train, and evaluate employees • Address performance issues and recommend personnel actions • Motivate and reward employees, including salary increases within allocated budgets and company guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management • Advanced knowledge of methodologies, budgeting, planning, and delivery frameworks • 8+ years of leadership experience • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams • Strong expertise in financial management, including budget development, analysis, forecasting, and earned value management principles • Demonstrated experience in public sector environments, including contracting, regulatory compliance, and delivery of mission-critical services • Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence senior leaders, represent the organization, and drive results across cross-functional teams • Must be located in the contiguous United States • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
