📋 Description

• Develop and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions • Perform data validation, quality reviews, and analysis across workforce systems • Analyze workforce trends, forecasting performance, staffing alignment, workload distribution, and process effectiveness • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reports, visualizations, scorecards, and analytics solutions • Measure adoption, efficiency gains, operational improvements, and transformation outcomes • Conduct account assessments and diagnostic reviews related to governance, process adherence, reporting quality, and workforce performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data quality, or related analytical disciplines • Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics • Strong Power BI, Excel, and data analysis skills • Ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, data visualizations, and actionable insights • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
