📋 Description

• Act as liaison between customers, sales, and production departments • Receive customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders • Interact with customers by phone, online chat, email, or in person about printing requirements • Collect production print specifications for printing jobs • Complete pre-production order specification information detailing print-job parameters • Coordinate preparation of written quotes and proposals • Maintain daily production schedule updates and note deviations • Handle inquiries about job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints • Keep salespeople informed about job status and problems • Provide customers with shipment confirmation • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment • Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or three to six months of related experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong skills in work planning and scheduling • Good judgment of color, design, and print quality • Reliable, responsible, and able to take direction well • Able to see and hear, read and write • Ability to adapt, analyze, assess, calculate, make decisions, demonstrate dependability and judgment, read, speak, follow directions, handle multiple priorities, and reason • Must reside in Texas • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including lifting, standing, walking, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, bending, twisting, crawling, stooping, and reaching
