• Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment • Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline • Partner with the other RD and SAE in the market to collaborate on in-market support and building broker relationships. RD territory will be broken out by broker house assignment
• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred • Experience selling in MN market and have established broker relationships • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system • Willingness to travel to MN market as needed • Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
