📋 Description

• Manage the Company’s commercial transactions from end-to-end • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements • Advise internal stakeholders on risks and business goals • Develop, improve, and scale contract management processes and systems • Draft, review, and negotiate master service agreements, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, data use agreements, data protection agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment-related agreements • Maintain and improve contract templates, approval matrices, and internal transactional guidance • Manage and develop contract lifecycle management processes to boost efficiency and support scale • Provide generalist support for day-to-day legal issues as needed • Report to the General Counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements • A J.D. from a U.S. law school • Admitted to a state bar • Comfort with technical, financial, or data science concepts • Willingness to do whatever is necessary to ensure company success • Experience working in a rapidly-evolving startup environment is ideal • Desire to support the mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system is ideal
