📋 Description

• Lead Gastro Health’s enterprise Integration Management Office for acquisitions, mergers, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other transactions • Oversee onboarding, stabilization, and optimization of acquired practices and joint ventures • Lead, coach, develop, and deploy two Managers of Integration Operations • Establish portfolio governance, integration priorities, resource allocation, milestones, decision rights, and escalation pathways • Serve as senior liaison among support center teammates, market leaders, physicians, third-party partners, and acquisition stakeholders • Oversee on-site operational assessments and gap analyses • Identify operational improvements and M&A synergies and incorporate approved initiatives into workplans • Lead integration portfolio reviews and provide executive reporting on status, risks, decisions, resources, and performance • Oversee post-close practice stabilization, including onboarding, engagement, KPI monitoring, service continuity, issue resolution, and transition to steady-state operations • Provide oversight for integration of EMR, practice management, scheduling, billing, reporting, and other systems • Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, Technology, Credentialing, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Services • Ensure integration activities address regulatory, payer, credentialing, contracting, and company requirements • Own and enforce a standardized integration playbook • Create and maintain tools, templates, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences • Manage integration workplans using Smartsheet, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other assigned platforms • Provide or coordinate interim and transitional practice-management support • Deploy integration resources to strategic initiatives, Project Horizon priorities, process improvement, and PMO responsibilities • Lead change-management activities focused on communication, physician engagement, teammate readiness, and adoption • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or graduate education preferred • 8–10 years in physician practice operations, multi-site management, or healthcare integration • 5 or more years leading complex cross-functional programs, integrations, or transformation initiatives • Expert knowledge of physician practice operations, including front office, back office, revenue cycle, and EMR workflows • Demonstrated success in change management and physician/staff engagement during acquisitions • Demonstrated experience managing and developing leaders and teams • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or organizational integrations preferred • Executive-level communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influence • Portfolio, program, and project management across multiple concurrent priorities • Analytical problem solving, risk identification, decision support, and performance management • Change leadership and physician and teammate engagement during periods of transition • Organization, planning, time management, sound judgment, and attention to detail • Ability to build scalable standards while adapting to individual practices and markets • Interest in using digital technology, data, and automation to improve execution and visibility • Ability to travel domestically as needed, up to 75%
