📋 Description

• Support execution of enterprise strategic initiatives, special projects, operational improvement efforts, and cross-functional transformation programs • Translate organizational priorities into actionable project plans • Coordinate implementation activities and support adoption of new processes, programs, and capabilities • Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects aligned with organizational priorities • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans • Partner with operational, clinical, financial, and support center leaders to execute initiatives • Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership • Assist with deployment and rollout of enterprise programs, operational changes, technology-enabled solutions, and new business processes across practices and support center functions • Identify operational improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback, observation, data analysis, and process review • Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment discussions • Develop implementation plans, communications, training materials, job aids, and adoption support tools • Document, refine, and implement scalable best practices across markets and functions • Monitor project and operational performance metrics and develop continuous-improvement recommendations • Create presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, decision materials, and status reports for leadership teams • Collaborate with Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Clinical Affairs, and other functional teams • Support change management through stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption of new processes and programs • Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and initiative tracking tools using Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Participate in enterprise transformation and organizational improvement initiatives as assigned • Travel domestically as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic operations, management consulting, project management, or a related field • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders • Experience supporting operational improvement, standardization initiatives, or enterprise deployments preferred • Physician practice management, ambulatory healthcare, or multi-site healthcare experience preferred • Ability to lead projects and strategic initiatives through planning, execution, deployment, and follow-through • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and program management skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to facilitate meetings, communicate complex information clearly, and build productive relationships across all organizational levels • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including data analysis, root-cause analysis, and opportunity evaluation • Ability to support organizational change, drive stakeholder adoption, and influence outcomes without direct authority • Attention to detail, adaptability, and results orientation • Ability to leverage technology and innovative approaches to improve operational effectiveness • Knowledge of physician practice operations and ambulatory healthcare workflows • Knowledge of project management, process improvement methodologies, and strategic planning frameworks • Experience with dashboard development, performance reporting, KPI and metric analysis, and root-cause analysis • Familiarity with AI-native tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and practice management software • Ability to travel domestically as needed
