📋 Description

• Support account management, sales, and service functions by partnering with airline stakeholders and global operations teams • Provide ongoing proactive oversight of operations, tools, and staff coordination to support sales-team efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer representatives, kitchen units, and internal stakeholders • Coordinate pricing, billing, procurement, industrial engineering, and data departments to ensure data integrity and timely execution • Coordinate bid activities, complete tenders, evaluate inquiries, support pricing strategy, formulate bid analysis, and present final RFP submissions • Manage contractual CPI implementation across regions and brands with local finance teams • Manage the GG Canada & International SLA program • Support review calls, menu presentations, cycle changes, and start-ups across Canada, the US, and international operations • Maintain records, meeting notes, performance-management documentation, and escalate issues to appropriate owners • Support KPI early-indicator tools to improve operational performance and reduce financial penalties • Monitor unit performance and proactively escalate issues to maintain quality service standards • Conduct ad hoc data analytics and create reports, including profitability reports for the ZRH commercial team • Maintain flight-data analysis tools and provide catering locations with flight statistics • Manage substitutions, pricing management, and billing audits • Support day-to-day customer and operational activities, customer management, and customer development • Serve as the point of contact for customer relationship management • Develop, manage, distribute, and communicate customer data affecting Gate Gourmet operations and customer groups • Maintain internal and external customer performance reports and the customer portfolio • Perform special projects and other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years equivalent work experience in Sales and Service in airline and/or airline catering experience preferred • At least two (2) years of experience in Sales, airline and/or airline catering preferred • Previous project management experience preferred • Experience in a food related industry preferred • Experience working with customer account management and performance • A background in finance, revenue management and/or pricing is preferred but not mandatory • Power BI • Microsoft Office skills; intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint required • Strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong organization and/or project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Large scale catering operations or logistics, airline catering experience preferred • Sales and/or customer service experience, Account Management • Able to shift roles and responsibilities as business needs change • Able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Employees are expected to demonstrate gategroup’s Values of Excellence, Passion, Responsibility and Respect
