• Manage affiliate physician residency programs and support other medical training and educational activities • Function as the first point of contact for affiliate physician residencies and medical training programs • Assist the DAP Health Clinic Manager in ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations • Apply ACGME, other national accrediting agencies, and DAP policies to support compliance • Support program administrative leadership and teaching faculty • Ensure resident quality improvement projects are completed • Integrate resident schedules with clinic operations, including productivity and coverage • Identify staffing gaps and secure provider coverage • Open or block medical provider schedules as necessary • Coordinate communication between academic affairs and operations • Identify preceptors, coordinate contract addendums, and communicate elective schedules • Track preceptor shifts and ensure payment according to agreements • Assist with provider data and reports in Power BI • Coordinate resident orientation, including clinic layout, policies, safety/security plans, and EHR training • Provide administrative support to residents and liaise with sponsoring institution administration • Manage assignment of DAP Health patients to residents • Manage resident evaluations and maintain complete and accurate files • Ensure resident files are compliant before program start • Process invoices for reimbursement from affiliating institutions • Meet regularly with the Provider Services Manager regarding office management, activities, and project status • Participate in institutional, departmental, community, or national meetings for professional development • Assist with Medical Staff Office affairs and cross-train to provide coverage • Perform other assigned tasks
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, organizational development, education or related field or at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Excellent organizing skills • Proficiency in computer use and the internet • Ability to make decisions independently • Available for all shifts and, when required, able to work evenings and weekends • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
