📋 Description

• Generate new business by contacting potential customers and building lasting relationships • Calculate dividends and create payment methods • Establish relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals • Distribute policy proceeds after approved claims • Recommend risk management strategies suited to clients' risk profiles • Prepare and present initiative progress reports to management • Maintain records and handle policy renewals • Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction • Explain the advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote insurance sales • Create and implement marketing strategies • Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or relevant field • Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance sales or a similar role • In-depth knowledge of vehicle, home, and business insurance plans • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills • Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
