📋 Description

• Recruit new students to achieve term goals • Strive to reach and exceed conversion goals at each stage of the recruiting process • Interview prospective students by telephone and face-to-face presentations to assess motivation, interest level, and academic qualifications • Maintain telephone and email communication throughout recruitment and admissions • Enter and record prospect activities according to company policies • Follow Orbis Education and partner policies and procedures • Maintain knowledge of partner mission, accreditation, history, curriculum, courses, academic policies, and faculty • Participate in daily operations, general administration, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• High-level written and oral communication skills • Confidence, resilience, strong organizational skills, exceptional persistence, and a high level of commitment • Ability to guide and motivate others • Understanding of internal communication and teamwork • Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively • Working knowledge of database and software packages to enter, track, report, analyze, and maintain student information • Professional and problem-solving approach to admissions issues • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Self-directed and adaptable to changing needs and priorities • Willingness to implement positive coaching and training weekly • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience • Higher Education recruiting experience preferred • Experience working in a start-up environment or product launch preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred
