• Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs. • Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products. • Work with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes. • Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community. • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. • Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. • Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required. • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Oral and written communication skills. • Analytical thinking. • Design review. • Project engineering. • Resource planning. • Technical project management. • Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software. • Project management software.
