📋 Description

• Perform supply chain and logistics functions including material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution • Create integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers • Monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information to ensure critical supply-chain processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and KPIs • Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain • Identify bottlenecks or problem areas and escalate or propose solutions • Work with suppliers to resolve issues • Assist in negotiating contracts or service arrangements • Monitor suppliers for schedule compliance and product conformity • Identify and enforce supplier priorities for product delivery and corrective actions • Collaborate with suppliers on schedule delays, contractual non-compliance, and recovery plans • Liaise between suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide updates, align requirements, and resolve issues • Conduct on-site supplier assessments of capacity, capability, and readiness • Recommend and facilitate process improvements to enhance efficiency, supplier performance, and delivery outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of contract compliance • Knowledge of data analysis • Knowledge of supply chain optimization • Knowledge of supply chain planning • Knowledge of compliance monitoring • Knowledge of supply chain planning software • Knowledge of general data analysis software • Must be able to remain stationary at a desk and/or computer for extended periods • Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities • More than 50% travel likely
