• Own the annual corporate GHG inventory across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol • Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures governing GHG accounting • Collect, analyze, and manage carbon emissions, energy, water, and waste data across business units • Partner with sustainability data leaders to strengthen sustainability data strategy and quality • Contribute to CDP submissions, the annual Sustainability Report, and CSRD filings • Support data auditing for voluntary and regulatory reporting • Develop climate-impact models, emissions-reduction analyses, dashboards, and data tables for senior leadership • Collaborate with controllership and data technology teams to automate sustainability data workflows • Resolve discrepancies in reporting platforms and business data systems • Monitor changes to international protocols and standards • Train teams on carbon data management best practices • Support enterprise standards development and editing • Serve as an internal resource for environmental data guidance • Report to the Environmental Sustainability Leader and collaborate with EHS, Finance, and Data Technology teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Environmental Science, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent professional experience • Considerable years of experience in carbon management and corporate-level emissions accounting • Demonstrated expertise in the GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3) • Familiarity with U.S. SEC climate disclosure rules, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Preferred: professional certification such as GHG Inventory Quantifier, ISSP-SA, or equivalent • Preferred: knowledge of renewable energy certificates (RECs), carbon offsets, and market-based emissions mechanisms • Preferred: experience with enterprise sustainability reporting platforms or automation tools
