📋 Description
• Gain depth and knowledge in Risk Management across Dairy Foods, Feed, Winfield, and Milk Sourcing • Participate in a 12 to 24 month program • Develop leadership, risk management skills, and capabilities • Work enterprise-wide and cross functionally
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027 • Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs • Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program • Analytical and critical thinking skills • Applies new concepts and principles to address problems • Effective and collaborative interpersonal skills • Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems • Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown • Flexible and can adapt to changing business surroundings
