📋 Description

• Manage drug supply activities related to planning, label development, label and pack, and distribution for clinical trials • Develop and oversee supply plans to ensure accurate and continuous patient supply while reducing risk and minimizing waste • Understand clinical demand requirements and align study teams with supply plans and timelines • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and CMC • Liaise with external stakeholders including CMOs and IRT vendors • Outline supply strategies, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation plans • Create supply and inventory plans and develop production schedules for clinical trial materials • Monitor production schedule adherence and make course corrections • Ensure label text and proofs comply with rules, regulations, product specifications, and clinical study protocols • Assist with comparator sourcing strategies and activities • Support IRT user acceptance testing and develop IRT supply strategy and DNX parameters • Oversee ongoing IRT supply activities • Coordinate and track bulk shipments to CMOs, depots, and vendors • Maintain and track import licenses • Participate in IRT systems UAT acceptance testing • Support IRT-related activities to ensure adequate clinical trial supply • Perform additional responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine/science related, supply chain/management/operation related, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • 2+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and effective time management skills • Good problem-solving and risk management skills • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
