📋 Description

• Support negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers. • Manage the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners across production, quality, warehousing, and transportation. • Resolve operational issues with manufacturing and packaging partners. • Lead weekly performance reviews, identify gaps using data, drive improvements, and track KPIs such as order fulfillment and quality. • Coordinate planning, execution, and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners. • Use proven methods to resolve complex operational challenges with partners. • Report to the Director, Contract Manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in supply chain operations, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG); beverage preferred. • Strong negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills. • Industry knowledge and familiarity with various beverage systems is a plus. • May require significant travel, up to 50%. • Project management and change management skill development needed. • Proven experience in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment. • Ability to solve problems dynamically and address issues on the fly. • Ability to develop timelines, organize assignments, set priorities, and execute plans. • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic growth environment. • Understanding of Google platforms, Salesforce, and other leading industry CRM tools. • Experience implementing AI and automation tools. • Six Sigma Lean preferred.
