📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of procurement and supply chain solutions for construction projects • Drive strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and digital procurement positioning • Oversee complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors • Develop and own market strategy to expand service penetration and brand visibility • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships • Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations • Advance digital capabilities and integrate technology and data into procurement and supply chain solutions • Manage team performance, objectives, resources, and financial budgets • Support strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence services • Lead and mentor specialist consultants • Support talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field • Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors • Experience in major capital programs • Strong consulting background • Experience managing senior- and executive-level client relationships • Demonstrated success leading high-value projects • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments • Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies • Experience across multiple sectors; real estate, infrastructure, or related industry knowledge preferred • Ability to influence client behaviors and decisions in high-risk, high-value engagements • Strong project management and analytical capabilities • Proficiency in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support career development • Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
