📋 Description

• Create complex supply chain solutions in a fast-paced environment • Lead projects and mentor junior staff • Engage with client stakeholders and senior leadership to define project scope, goals, requirements, and deliverables • Perform network analysis and provide data-based recommendations on strategic supply chain initiatives • Assist clients in selecting supply chain software • Lead software implementations from project conception through final installation • Configure supply chain software for unique client requirements • Perform end-to-end system testing and root cause analysis for system issues • Establish training and documentation for client knowledge transfer • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and configure systems alongside operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations • Analyze potential robotics investments and identify suitable robotics solutions • Integrate robotics with existing operations and software • Provide program management for warehouse robotics implementations • Lead internal activities supporting company growth in marketing, sales, recruitment, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–6 years of relevant experience • Flexibility to travel up to 50% • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to lead internal growth activities • Ability to conceptualize, develop, and present new ideas and solutions • Experience in project management, including planning, prioritizing objectives, and status reporting • Advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts, especially distribution applications • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to multiple supply chain technologies • Hands-on working knowledge and advanced understanding of one or more supply chain technologies • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or supply chain business intelligence tools • Preferred: experience using SQL for troubleshooting and reporting • Preferred: experience championing functional testing • Preferred: experience troubleshooting complex software solutions • Preferred: ability to identify operational efficiency opportunities • Preferred: experience integrating supply chain systems
