📋 Description

• Perform continuous testing across security, API, and UI layers, including manual regression execution as needed • Conduct functional test execution for RESTful services and APIs • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, SMEs, and testers to resolve issues • Document test cases, test results, and validation data in JIRA • Validate test environments across multiple environments and report findings • Support test scenario planning, test data preparation, and database query activities • Provide estimates for new functionality or enhancements • Maintain and enhance regression test cases to ensure data integrity • Expand and update regression test suites across releases • Track and report test case additions for each sprint and release cycle • Adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively under strict deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience designing and developing tests and test requirements • Résumé must include institute names and graduation dates • Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks using Java or Scala for REST APIs • Hands-on experience validating RESTful APIs and working with NoSQL databases • Experience with Gatling, including creating/updating simulations, adding test scripts to automated regression suites, and enhancing Gatling frameworks • Experience building, updating, and maintaining Scala/Selenium frameworks for UI and API integration • Experience with end-to-end Agile automated software testing • Experience with technical test execution, test management, code reviews, and defect monitoring, reporting, and documentation • Experience maintaining regression test cases to ensure data integrity and expanding regression test beds across releases • Ability to document and report new test cases across sprints and release cycles • Ability to consistently meet or exceed established standards, with accuracy and attention to detail • Must have established residency in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years • Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • Preferred: Experience with Jenkins/GitHub for data and test suite configuration • Preferred: Experience with AI test case creation • Preferred: Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM, or other agile certification • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and under strict deadlines
