📋 Description

• Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetings • Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager • Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions. (MCCB, ECCB, CAB) • Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings • Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays • Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM • Communicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs • Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion • Ensure requested changes align with operational goals and objectives defined for the Module

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or business administration; equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree • Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology. ITIL certification preferred but not required • Prior Medicaid systems experience preferred
