📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical authority and trusted advisor to network operations and engineering teams and customer leadership • Architect and design scalable, secure voice, video, wireless, and data networks and associated network management systems • Lead creation of High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) • Deploy and integrate Cisco enterprise and data center technologies • Configure and support advanced routing and switching technologies • Act as the primary technical advisor to customer leadership • Develop and maintain the enterprise technical strategy and modernization roadmap • Lead architectural reviews, technical decision-making boards, and risk assessments • Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency • Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Validate technical approaches through hands-on analysis, engineering reviews, and proof-of-concept work • Partner with operations teams to enhance service delivery and technical execution • Lead root cause analysis for complex enterprise-level issues • Mentor engineering and operations staff and elevate technical standards • Align technology investments with mission priorities and stakeholder objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required and must currently possess Secret clearance • US citizenship required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; experience may be substituted for education • Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT engineering and architecture experience • Experience designing and architecting scalable, secure voice, video, wireless, and data communication networks • Experience leading high-level and low-level network designs (HLD/LLD) • Experience deploying and integrating Cisco-based enterprise and data center solutions • Experience configuring and supporting BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN, and EVPN • Strong knowledge of network monitoring and management systems such as Cisco Catalyst Center and SolarWinds • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, systems integration, security, and compliance • Understanding of network modeling, digital twin, and Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) • Experience evaluating technical risks and developing strategic solutions • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
