📋 Description

• Lead daily technical activities of an Agile product team • Drive development, testing, and deployment of cloud-native features • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine user stories • Estimate level of effort and ensure predictable sprint delivery • Ensure development follows DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding standards, and modern cloud architecture patterns • Promote code quality through peer reviews, reusable patterns, shared components, and documentation aligned with the Definition of Done • Coordinate cross-team integration efforts • Ensure product alignment, consistent user experience, and smooth release management • Mentor developers and support continuous learning • Identify blockers, technical risks, and dependencies early • Deliver high-quality functionality every sprint

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field • Equivalent experience accepted for candidates with strong Agile leadership backgrounds • 10+ years of experience developing software in an Agile environment • Demonstrated experience in a DevSecOps environment • Demonstrated team leadership experience in an Agile environment • Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, and front-end frameworks such as React • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure patterns • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, unit testing, and test-driven development • Ability to pass a government security background check • Less than 10% travel may be required
