📋 Description

• Manage conveyance timelines • Perform neglect reviews • Request extensions to conveyance timelines • Act as the subject matter expert for asset specialists and asset coordinators • Perform process, production, reconciliation, and employee-work audits • Provide final approval of conveyance condition • Report pipeline property status to management • Manage and resolve client escalations • Handle escalated asset calls, field calls, and emails from internal and external sources • Attend or participate in client calls as requested by management • Oversee the FHA portfolio • Identify and place loans in conveyance condition • Assist with creating new procedures and training processes • Conduct regular audits and provide productive feedback to team members • Review and assist with claims, chargebacks, and non-compliance letters • Assist with asset specialist and asset coordinator functions as needed • Perform all other duties as assigned • This role is not responsible for providing or communicating corrective action to staff

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred • Solid work history in the mortgage default, banking, vendor management, or real estate industry • Experience in property management, HUD denials, and managing a conveyance timeline preferred • Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Portfolio Management, National Real Estate Management, and/or Pre-Foreclosure knowledge/experience preferred • Contract Administration and Scope of Work/Service Line Agreement Compliance experience preferred • Practical office experience • Proven customer service and communication skills • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred • Property Management, Construction, REO, and/or Property Insurance experience preferred • Polished decision-making and critical-thinking skills • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
