📋 Description

• Oversee the software development process from start to finish • Ensure procedures are followed and high-quality software is delivered within timelines and budget • Lead a high-performing team of developers, architects, and quality personnel • Own team-level Agile execution and Scrum Master responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives • Support healthy workflow, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and reinforce Agile practices • Manage team members' goals and contributions • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to translate priorities into executable plans • Align scope and sequencing, maintain a healthy backlog, and establish delivery expectations • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary • Identify and mitigate project delivery risks • Ensure code reviews and development standards are followed • Stay current with software development trends and technologies • Identify training needs and provide guidance and mentorship • Seek and act on Customer/Product feedback • Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • 3+ years of experience in software development total • At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead role • Knowledge of application development, IT operations, finance, and other corporate systems • Experience with Agile development methodologies strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban • Experience with cloud-based technologies, automation, webservices, and containers is a plus • Ability to manage a high-performing team, including hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching • Ability to prioritize and assign work to meet deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users at all organizational levels • Experience handling or managing customer interactions and deliverables • Demonstrated experience managing development for complex applications on time and within budget • Demonstrated record of product/project-related success • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance • Must maintain safety, security, and privacy standards
