📋 Description

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IGA capabilities • Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement definition • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and mission stakeholders • Gather and synthesize user needs, mission priorities, and system data • Manage product lifecycle activities, including capability introduction, enhancements, operationalization, and retirements • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability requirements • Facilitate cross-team communication, alignment, and decision-making • Serve as primary stakeholder point of contact and provide roadmap, risk, and dependency updates • Support onboarding and integration of applications, mission partners, and systems • Ensure product readiness through documentation, training materials, process updates, and change communication • Drive continuous improvement aligned with Zero Trust identity principles • Support reporting, metrics, and performance tracking for product adoption, health, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance at minimum; Interim Secret Clearances are not allowed • U.S. citizenship required • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher) • Minimum 5 years of experience in ICAM, IAM, IGA, identity security, or related enterprise identity programs • Demonstrated experience managing technical products or capabilities in complex enterprise environments • Strong understanding of identity governance concepts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, entitlements, access certification, privileged access, and policy controls • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and enterprise directory services • Ability to create and manage product roadmaps, user stories, and intake workflows • Experience with identity workflows involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and modern authentication technologies • Ability to translate technical concepts into program deliverables, schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates • Ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and operational teams • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Willingness to travel 10–25%
