📋 Description

• Own and maximize the value of technical services within the enterprise ecosystem • Own and prioritize the development backlog for assigned technical services or platform capabilities • Translate strategic initiatives and business requirements into defined development work with measurable acceptance criteria • Prioritize work based on business value, technical risk, regulatory requirements, and dependencies • Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure items are defined, estimated, and ready for development • Balance feature development, defect remediation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement • Own delivery from planning through completion, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder input • Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery lifecycle • Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria • Make timely scope and priority decisions to avoid delivery delays • Partner with Product Managers on tactical delivery and strategic roadmaps • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions • Work with Architecture and Shared Development teams on scalable, compliant solutions • Coordinate cross-team dependencies • Own defect triage and prioritization • Ensure root cause analysis for production issues • Prioritize remediation to maintain service reliability and performance • Reduce recurring defects and technical debt with engineering • Monitor emerging technologies, tools, and best practices • Improve automation, scalability, integration, and operational efficiency • Use metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive product enhancements • Improve backlog quality, delivery predictability, and team effectiveness • Communicate backlog priorities, sprint commitments, risks, and trade-offs • Align business expectations with technical delivery timelines • Serve as primary point of contact for product execution • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations • Monitor legislation and create or update company policies • Review and update the employee handbook annually and as needed • Develop internal communications and training programs on compliant employment practices • Use approved AI and digital tools to simplify work, improve service quality, and increase efficiency • Validate AI outputs for accuracy, privacy, and business alignment • Identify and escalate inaccurate information, knowledge gaps, and digital-tool issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education • Experience in Financial Services or equivalent experience is strongly preferred • Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst, Development, Product Owner, Product Manager roles or other related technology experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Agile Development • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Familiarity with Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, or similar platforms • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies in daily work tasks • Understanding of how to craft effective prompts and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness • Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards • Comfort with learning new AI applications and understanding their appropriate use cases and limitations • Continued learning and adaptation to new AI tools and methodologies • Ability to comply with federal, state and local employment regulations • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and use computer systems
