📋 Description

• Drive successful product delivery aligned with customer needs and strategic business objectives • Develop a deep understanding of GHX products and customer journeys across supported ERP systems • Translate complex business requirements and customer feedback into product requirements, releases, epics, and user stories • Develop business cases and product roadmaps for ERP opportunities and customer needs • Write user-persona scenarios illustrating B2B market problems and product requirements • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on scope, effort, and release timing • Explore integration options with ERP and MMIS systems and coordinate with internal and external ERP partners • Ensure timely, high-quality integration delivery through checkpoints with development, customers, and business stakeholders • Identify risks, issues, and problems and propose mitigation plans • Monitor ERP platform changes, industry trends, and integration design best practices • Support business and customer success teams with product expertise and technical guidance • Establish and track KPIs for integration effectiveness, user adoption, and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with other Technical Product Managers on ERP integrations for knowledge sharing, roadmap alignment, and engineering prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with technical products, preferably with a background in B2B integrations • Experience communicating technical solutions to internal and external audiences • Experience in ERP integration/B2B integrations is required • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work self-directed with strong initiative • Sound technical product management skills and customer-focused mindset • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience • Ability to collaborate across multiple business and technical functions • Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies
