📋 Description

• Build automated workflows that streamline ITIL/ITSM processes, including Change, Incident, Request, and CMDB • Integrate ServiceNow, cloud services, monitoring tools, and DevSecOps pipelines • Develop reusable automations to reduce toil and improve enterprise service quality • Collaborate with service owners to translate ITIL processes into automated workflows • Implement orchestration connecting infrastructure, applications, and support systems • Contribute to modernization initiatives by standardizing automation best practices • Streamline and modernize service delivery across ITSM platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of progressive work experience • Strong experience with ITSM platforms; ServiceNow preferred • Hands-on experience building automations, REST integrations, and workflow orchestration • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management fundamentals • Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell • Experience integrating cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and CI/CD systems • Ability to work across teams to define automation needs and deliver practical solutions • US citizenship required • Must possess an active SECRET clearance • Ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI clearance • ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or similar tools preferred • Experience with enterprise architecture, CMDB design, or process optimization preferred
