📋 Description
• Recommend best solutions to automate existing and new functionality based on ServiceNow offered applications and modules • Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications • Develop ServiceNow custom applications from inception to completion to automate and improve processes • Work closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions • Assist in the identification of best practices for development of new and existing ServiceNow applications • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms • Plan system and development deployments and ensure compliance standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • 1+ years of related experience • ServiceNow Platform • Software Development • Software Systems • U.S. Citizenship Required
