• Serve as the central point of contact for all WTCHP Clinical Centers of Excellence • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CCE leadership • Act as the internal subject matter expert for CCE-specific workflows, case management models, member coordination processes, operational needs, and TPA provider-network interactions • Coordinate CCE needs across Benefits Administration, Member Services, Claims, Provider Network Management, and Operations leadership • Support new operational initiatives, service delivery enhancements, and process improvements affecting CCEs • Promote collaboration, accountability, customer service excellence, and continuous process improvement across provider engagement activities • Facilitate regular business reviews covering performance metrics, operational priorities, quality initiatives, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives • Provide CCE-focused insights to TPA leadership for program operations, member experience, and provider network strategies • Support delivery of CCE-related data, reporting, and tools aligned with CDC guidelines and WTCHP requirements • Manage escalations and coordinate internal resolution of member-impacting issues through timely closure • Ensure provider engagement activities reflect the WTCHP mission supporting 9/11 responders and survivors • Report to the Provider Network Lead
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; work experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Direct, hands-on experience working with WTCHP Clinical Centers of Excellence before the current TPA contract; candidates without this experience will not be considered • Functional knowledge of all eight CCEs, including their structures, workflows, and operational practices • Experience supporting or collaborating with federal healthcare programs • Familiarity with CDC program standards and compliance expectations • Proven ability to manage executive-level provider relationships within large academic medical centers or integrated health systems • Strong operational coordination skills and ability to translate complex program needs into internal action plans • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and drive resolution across cross-functional teams • Preferred: background in provider network management, healthcare operations, care coordination, or case management programs • Preferred: experience leading operational improvement initiatives within multi-stakeholder healthcare environments • Preferred: familiarity with data reporting workflows or program compliance processes within federal health programs • No security clearance required; MBI (T2) public trust/other requirement • US citizenship is not required • Less than 10% travel required
