📋 Description

• Lead quality planning, compliance, continuous improvement, and QA inspection processes • Work with project managers and stakeholders to identify requirements and provide leadership • Maintain quality and provide guidance on continuous improvements to exceed performance objectives, reduce costs, and optimize schedules • Maintain and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP) • Ensure compliance with local policies, practices, and procedures supporting QMP requirements • Interface with program and project management, Government technical staff, and customers • Provide status and progress reports • Identify issues and determine appropriate resolution actions • Promulgate special safety precautions and conduct briefings for senior management, safety teams, and contractor personnel • Develop QA inspection processes to ensure consistent delivery of required performance

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 8 to 10 years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Skills in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Assurance Processes, and Quality Management • Approximately 10% travel • Ability to work remotely
