📋 Description

• Facilitate end-to-end agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Translate strategy, priorities, and team resources into executable sprint and release plans • Keep day-to-day execution aligned with priorities • Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team and external dependencies • Protect team focus and support consistent delivery • Produce roadmaps, prioritization and trade-off views, delivery reporting, and status overviews • Use velocity, throughput, burn-down, cycle time, defect rate, and delivery-performance metrics to improve efficiency and quality • Establish, document, and enforce delivery and quality standards • Adapt agile practices to AI-accelerated development • Manage the backlog with product owners and project leads • Ensure upcoming work is refined, estimated, and aligned with stakeholder needs • Coach the team, enforce commitments and standards, and foster a high-performing delivery environment • Work directly with project leads and leadership supporting NASA's Aerospace Capabilities Portfolio Office

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles • US Citizenship • Ability to obtain the relevant agency clearance • Active Scrum Master certification, such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master • Deep command of Scrum and other agile frameworks, including Kanban, SAFe, and Lean • Servant-leadership practice • Experience translating strategy and priorities into executable team plans • Experience producing delivery metrics, status products, and leadership reporting • Experience using delivery data and metrics to measurably improve efficiency and quality • Experience setting delivery or quality standards and holding teams accountable • Experience coaching teams to higher performance • Proficiency with agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Experience with software, data, and applied AI/ML products preferred • Experience adapting agile processes to fast-moving, AI-driven development preferred • Experience coaching or mentoring other Scrum Masters or scaling agile across multiple teams preferred • Familiarity with DORA metrics and leadership dashboards preferred • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and programs simultaneously preferred
