📋 Description

• Facilitate and align across one or more Agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and the Program Team • Guide Scrum Teams in Scrum and SAFe practices and patterns • Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate to grow Agile skills and mindset • Create an empowering, accountable, adaptable, collaborative, and high-performing team environment • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt sessions • Mentor Product Owners on user story creation, prioritization, and backlog refinement • Remove impediments and make work, progress, and blockers visible • Use team metrics to demonstrate capacity, predictability, and maturity • Help teams navigate organizational change using Kotter's Leading Change and PROSCI ADKAR • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices • Share learnings through Communities of Practice • Apply organizational policies, practices, and data-informed decision-making • Independently determine work methods, priorities, and timelines • Drive frameworks focused on value, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in an Agile environment • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience • 2+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects • Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patterns • Proven experience coaching and mentoring others • Proven ability to facilitate the removal of impediments • Advanced facilitation, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Thrives in a VUCA environment • Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile, ACC, or IC-Agile ATF • Experience with Agile Tracking tools such as ADO, Jira, VersionOne (Digital.ai), or Rally • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or related field • Preferred: 5+ years as a Scrum Master working in SAFe • Preferred: Experience with team metrics, Lean, portfolio tools, Agile coaching, SAFe certifications, Gherkin, DevOps, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based initiatives
